Think about it for a bit, If I was loosing product due to claims that were supposed to be true but turned out to be fraudulent and I didn't know it then I would have to charge more to cover my expenses.

you do make some sense, but they had to have known people would do this. i mean there has to be atleast 1000 other people that have done this. the price of bushwackers is probably actually half of what we pay, because they figured someone is going to break them and ask for a whole new set. se what i mean, but you do make a lot of sense.

I see what you mean, but let me note one thing to your point of view. They charge what they charge so that they can honor there warranty for you when you legitimately brake them on the trail. Simple as that. Not for the fact that people are going to scam them out of a set. I hate to be rash but I am frustrated that people would actually do this stuff regardless.
