Burned some oil. Anything bad going to happen?
So, I try to religously take care of my XJ. However, here of late with the cooler temps = more time for the oil to warm up and flow easier, I have been burning a descent amount of oil.. About 1 qt every 600 miles. Anyway, I wanted to add some of that Engine Restore 6-cylinder stuff to my 4.0 to try and hopefully repair the cylinder wall and help with burnoff. Sadly, my college budget is working against me these past of couple of weeks. I checked my this evening and found it was almost 1.5 qts low. I couldve only be running it like that for a couple of days. I alwas had good oil pressure and all, no drop whatsoever. Is this going to kill my 4.0 in the long run?
