bumpers being uilt i have a stinger being add on
but its very small metal how do u bend metal to look like this

How small is small? If its electical conduit small, then I would'nt even bother with it. Just spend the money for the right size (1.75-2" DOM?) and it won't look funny. To bend it you would use a tubing bender, not a pipe bender.
