No, the mounting requirements are completely different. If you are considering this, it wouldn't be much more work to just build the bumper.

I've seen it done in some mags - you get more wheel clearance when you do it since the bumper is more narrow. There might be a few places you can find mounts to weld onto the bumper. I found some nice bumpers on e bay the manufacturer of these bumpers may sell you brackets that you could weld onto the other bumper- because I was thinking of doing the same thing. copy and paste this http://motors.shop.ebay.com/lmp4x4pa...1&_from=&_ipg= their direct # is 412-867-1538.

 

If you are going to that kind of trouble, just fab the thing from scratch.
