Bumper/Quater panel End Cap Bracket Removal

Ok that little bracket right there. How does it come off exactly. I don't want to just rip it off if there is a better proven way.

just drill the rivets out. Thats what i did.

Yep drill out the rivets, I bedlined mine after.

Drill the rivets and then grind it smooth. Prime and paint with the covering of your choice.
