Default Bumper issue

I have a 2000 Sport that I purchased that was previously in an accident and had the bumper pushed in. I'm curious if this is something that might be able to be pulled back out (tree and strap ) or if it's a lost cause.

You need to take the bumper off and inspect the damage behind it. The mounts are definitely crushed and will need replaced. You can probably find all the parts at a junk yard or online pretty cheap. Hopefully the unibody isn't damaged. If not then it's a simple bolt on fix. I would definitely not recommend pulling on it with a strap as it will just make things worse. Good luck

Yeah, I sort of figured that pulling it out was out of the question. I don't see any signs of unibody damage though the radiator support is definitely pushed in a bit but I believe that is caused by the bumper being pushed in and up. It doesn't seem to have any of the tell tale signs of frame tweak like dog tracking or anything else but is there anything else I should be checking for as far as signs of damage?
