I actually don't like JCRs "prerunner" bumper, but I like their quality and customer service. I prefer the Stage 1 or 2.

JCR all the way.

My friend just ordered their stage 2 front and rear.

And I ordered a fuel tank skid from them on their black friday sale.

Ill try and get some pics up soon, we just finished priming the front.

That AJs is very nice at the same time though, but I can say that JCRs are built for a tank!

Default bumpers

I'm not trying to be negative here or put anyone down with which bumper to choose, but isn't customizing your jeep supposed to be the way u want it. Everyone can debate over who makes the best bumper, for protection, winching, side protection, but when it all comes down to it, only u drive the jeep and only u have to like it.

But i also like the pre-runner look.

You are right! The stage 2 looks way better than the others. Its more practical without a winch. And you can make the winch work front and back, if he ever gets one.

are you going to really use the bumper?
If so, I suggest you look at RigidCo, which includes chassis ties/reinforcing...

I just looked at the rustys bumpers and I have to say that the unibody brackets that JCR offer are much beefier.

They are 1/4"thick and extend about a foot back. On the driver side they bolt up with the steering box and further, and the same on the pass side.

Go JCR
