if i use the s 10 leafs and the ford f 150 coils or would i use the zj coils what years if i use 88 s 10 leafs?

Use the ZJ coils. The Ford coils are way too stiff.

you want ZJ UPCOUNTRY V8 coils. regular V8 coils will give you about 1".
