Is there an online place where I can plug in the VIN and get a build sheet? Local dealer,....well let's just say they are no help.

 

I don't have the link but if you go on chrysler's website and go to the contact or help section, find their email to contact em and if you send em your VIN, they'll email you back with the build sheet pretty quick

 

I originally got my build sheet from a dealer when I went in to ask them about the breather elbows in on the valve cover, the guy and I got XJ chatting and he randomly printed it out for me...pretty awesome. However, I write because that above post was right on, I lost mine and just found a link online and they hook you surprisingly fast with your build sheet. Not positive but I think...I think this is the email I initially used to get in contact with them...

Just sent them the VIN of my cousin's Cherokee the other day (because I'm going to buy it soon as I can get a ride up to her place) and I got a response within 10 minutes. Seriously!
