V8 grand cherokee springs in front, main leaf from other xj pack added to rear springs, shocks from a wrangler jk, easy to find for under 40 dollars.

I got my budget lift off ebay. Rough Country 2 inch budget boost. It comes with coil spacers for the front and shackles for the rear. And for only $89 I couldnt pass it up. It's also rough country so you know your getting a quality brand. I've heard and seen people do these lifts with parts from other veichles, like a mix and match type a deal. If you got $89 just go get the real deal cuz you know it's brand new and you wont get any surprise's down the road.

if you do it right a mix and match lift will be as good if not better than a "name brand" lift

name brand does not equal qaulity

I can understand the same but better? Your taking suspension parts off a different viechle which has a different weight and demensions. I'm not bashng the "mix and match" if that's what we are calling it but there are more variable's doing it that way when compared to just keepin your current suspension and just adding some piece's that were made for that purpose.
I know a ton of people do this and it achieve's the same purpose, I got my axles off a different Cherokee. I just ordered mine, that's all. And as far as brand's go. I've heard a lot of people say good things about one brand and bad things about another. People on here buy stuff from RC all the time. Better than buying some unknown brand that no one has ever heard of.

I found my kit real easy on eBay. It's a pretty easy mod to install, not too technical or anything. Good luck, post a pic when you get it done.

You can get a "3 inch Zone lift" with shocks for about $290. Its made up from other companies like RC, RE Etc. I have one and it works very well on rode and off. http://zoneoffroad.com/ ...Tj

the "Zone" lift is just a rebadged RC lift. Order directly from RC they will hook you up and they stand behind there products
