Broken Heater switch (heat can't go up) Jeep Cherokee 1996 Classic
Hi
About a year ago I pushed the **** on my heater to be on the "low" setting, but something happened and the **** got off a track, or something. Now if I turn on my heat or AC, it's on low-force, and can't be put on a higher setting. The **** can move freely, but isn't attached to anything so adjusting the force of the air is impossible.
Just to be clear, I broke the **** that moves the air from high to low, not the levers that move left to right and allow for a temperature/setting adjustment.
How do I fix this? Is it just the ****, or is there an interior piece that is broke? Can someone give me the "official" part name so I can look it up?
