i was trying to pull off one of the front sway bar brackets the ones that are on the underside of the unibody frame rail and one of the bolts snapped and its stuck inside the threaded insert. so i got to looking at it and it looked like the threaded inserts were on a seperate piece of metal that looked like the whole thing could come out but it wont i guess its welded in there. any ideas on how to fix this?

 

Drill it and extract it if you can't get it out with big vice grips and pb
