Broken Fog light switch??
I'm trying to figure out why the fog lights won't work on my '97 country. I checked fuses, they're fine. the bulbs are intact. The switch, when flipped on, has a "loose" feeling and the little light on it doesn't do anything. Anybody else messed with this at all? It's a thirty dollar part, so I don't want to buy it just to experiment.
Thanks!
Thanks!

mine was a loose wire
When my factory fogs stopped working, the wire from the switch to the fuse box had come loose. I wiggled the ground wire and they came back on, shoved it back in all the way, and now they work like they should. Pretty sure I kicked it out with my foot (probably from getting in with ski boots on). Not sure if they're all wired this way, almost looks aftermarket/rigged, but the switch and fogs are OEM and it's how I got it from the PO. Worth following wires and making sure they all lead somewhere good!

Fog Light success! I did the switch rebuid, took me about 20 minutes. It's a little finicky to get to switch on initially, but holds once it's on, and for my favorite price.. free. Also did wind up splicing one wire. Anywho, I would definitely recommend the rebuild. Thanks for all the advice!
