naw... cause that will hollow out the hinge... try a long skinny center punch... and a hammer...

most people use grade 8 bolts...but i cut off my lower hinge first then pulled the doors off and that kept the pins in the top part of my hinge... so i just drilled out the holes on the jeep part and use the same pins... lol... i need to cut the pins shorter now though... they still hang down like where the old part of the hinge was... makes it harder to line up the pins with a heavy dang door....

Retracting! Edit: Not sure my reply was on the same page. I was thinking door check pin.

i used clevis pins for my rear doors.. like this one-

i dont remember the size off hand but it fits PERFECT. tapped out the broken pin and slid the pin in place. i used red loctite to hold them in, and they've been there for almost 2 years no issues. if you have access to a welder a tack on the pin would work better than loctite.

bigger hammer. Driverside hinge pin should be driven upwards, passengside downwards.

I couldn't even get my pins out so I said eff it and left the original doors on instead of changing to my better doors.
