i think my IAC valve is bad. ive got a new one en route, hopefully today it will be in..anyways.. so i push the throttle to a certain point, and the revs even out, and it opporates normally. it is very sporadic, but has consistant issues when acting up.. any thoughts?

 

OR.. at which point does it switch from low, to high idle?? thanks
