Ok so I just bought a 97 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4 and here are my problems. My rear windshield wiper doesn't work, horn, nor my side view mirrors. I'm very new to fixing your own car but i am very capable. Where should I start looking to find a solution to each of these issues. Thanks.

 

Fuses, check the one labeled IOD, that fuse feeds alot of diff circuits.

It wasnt the IOD actual fuses missing from the fuse box. Thanks for the help though.
