brakes locking up after being stopped

brakes locking up after being stopped
When i come to a complete stop my brakes seem to lock up. However its only when i come to a complete stop. When i release the brake and push on the gas there is a loud clunk and then they release.
Would bleeding the brakes work, maybe a cylinder that is old and locking up? Could it be my dif?
