Brakes - A Friendly Reminder...
...to not be dumb like me. 
After servicing your front brakes (pads, rotors, etc), it is always a wise idea to check and adjust your rear brakes.
The pedal will feel much better, and you might just save yourself the angst of hearing unsettling noises from an unadjusted rear!
