Default Brake Squeak... need the help of you Geniuses

I have what sounds like a rotational squeak coming from the front drivers side brakes.
Whenever I apply brake pedal, the squeak goes away. This is what I have done so far. Replaced the caliper with a new re-manufactured unit, cleaned all bolts and hardware, coated all bolts and hardware with disk brake grease, pulled the pads and compared them to the passenger side pads(no apparent difference), re-installed with a coating of pink/red brake quiet. I have also welded in, and ground flat, the dimples on the knuckle slide bar. The brakes work fine, but the squeak is very annoying. What could I be overlooking?

Rotor is glazed, rough it up with some 60 grit.

One more vote for glazed rotor, maybe pads. Some sand paper will clean them up. remove pads from Jeep, lay sand paper on work bench, work pad on sand paper in figure 8 pattern to knock glaze off. Sand the rotor too and hit it with brake clean.

Wanted to update, scuffed up the rotor on both sides, lightly sanded the driver side pads, to break the glaze. As of right now, it seems to have worked! No more annoying squeak.
Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
