Brake question ????

Brake question ????
what would cause my rear brakes to lock up everytime it rains?? they wont lock up in dirt all four will in dirt

This is a common issue it seems. Mine used to do that but I havent noticed it in a while. I would guess that when the moisture gets in there somethin might swell and cause some extra grab. Idk... Total guess...
