Brake pedal won't move

Default Brake pedal won't move
Have a 2001 Cherokee sport. Swapped the master cylinder and now my brake pedal will not move when I step on it. Anyone know what could cause this?

Pull the master cylinder off and start over.

I'm hoping all it is is the rod isn't in the right spot.
