If not doing the rears its a good idea to adjust them after doing the fronts.

Watch what this guy does in this video thats pretty much all there is to adjusting the drum brakes.
There SHOULD be three plugs behind each brake drum. The lower is your adjustment wheel access. If you pull the top left and right plugs you can do a quick inspection of the meat left on your shoes. If any plugs are missing replace them - this could turn this simple adjustment into a nightmare because the star wheel can seize.
