brake locked up

well i been having shaking on left front tire well today i took off tire and looked my brake is fully compressed not moving at all even when u push on brake it not moving idk what it is any ideas

Also check the rubber hose that goes to the caliper. They can collapse from age and restrict fluid flow. That may be part of your problem. IMO
replace both calipers,pads, and hoses. you dont have to do both calipers at the same time I recommend it but you can the bad one now and the other later if $$ is an issue deffinately do the pads as well

the very first thing you should do when you find a locked up brake calipur... is crack the bleeder... if it releases the roter... the brake line is bad... very commen....very...repace both ruber lines.... at same time...

Nope it's a 12mm socket in the inside of the caliper. One top and one bottom. I suggest replacing those bolt "pins" as well.
After removing the bolts "pins" and the caliper does not want to come free, place a heavy duty screw driver between the caliper and the caliper bracket and pry the caliper out. If you have to do this then yes your calipers are shot and not returning when you let off the brake and or your rotor is grooved. In either case you need at least a new caliper and rotor, just to be safe.
