Default brake lines sagging

So...went out to my jeep this morning to head off to work and noticed my right rear brake line was drooping down below the lower shock mount. everything is still connected and when i got under the jeep to readjust the line i found that it is pretty solidly attached and is zip tied to the axle (probably not a factory assembly) the grommet where is feeds into the brake drum seemed like it might be a little loose, but i guess i dont know how rigid it should be (as to allow for movement during suspension travel)but my question is, how can i make it so the brake line is not hanging down..i mean it is really low (maybe 5-6 inches off the ground). i dont have a picture as of right now. i drove my other car to work and plan on tackling the sagging brake line tomorrow or saturday. any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure it's not the parking brake line? Is it like a black, hard plastic line? Mine hung down like that on my 2k XJ. I just got a stiff spring, stuck one hook in a hole up high on the underbody, and then hung the line from it. It pulled it up nice and out of the way.

i guess i'm not 100% sure...just figured it was a regular brake line, cause there is one just like it coming out of the same spot on the left side. but is kind of a hard line. i'll have to double check this weekend...ive been looking at the rear ends of other XJs on the local roads since yesterday and havent seen any other ones with this sagging line, which leads me to believe it is not normal.

Mine does the same thing same side. Never really did look and see what line it was. When I drive around I see alot of XJ with them hanging down.

hmm. ive only had my jeep for a couple months and this was the first time i noticed it...with a little research, i am confident it IS the parking brake cable (as you can tell i'm not blessed with awesome automotive knowledge) will be tying it up this evening after my terrible day at work.
