Im going to the JY tommo to pick up some parts. I found out the YJ brake lines are longer than stock XJ. Or are there any other brake lines I can use? Im more concerned about the rear than front. Are there any specific YJ years that specifically fit a 00' 4.0L xj? Im going from a 3" lift to 5" with spacer and shackle. Hope I included all info required.

i think i got mine for a 95 model. but chevy truck fronts are something like 6" longer then stock and dodge dakota are longer also. just pull yours and bring one in. thats what i did and i had the guy pull all the models i listed and then checked each one out. the yj ones worked great for my 5" lift for front and rear

 

Go to 4 wheel parts and get the brake lines. The way i look at it as do it right the first time. I have a set that cost me 200 bucks (only cost me like 80 bucks) and it was worth every penny.

 

I got mine from JeepParts.com if I remember right,they are the Crown Automotive ones they were 89.00 plus shipping.Quadratec has them also.

 

i checked all 3 lines 84.99 4 to 6 inch lift at Quadratec
