so just like it says they don't work, I checked everything already from fuses to brakelight switch to all the wires (ALL the wires). I have concluded that it has to be in the steering colum not powering the brake lights turn or hazards. now that i have covered that does anyone know what wires are what coming out of the steering colum I'm just going to run power to the brake light switch and go from there. any help is welcome. Thanks in advance.

 

To my knowledge there is nothing in the column effecting the brake lights. They are controlled by the switch mounted just above the brake pedal. If you are getting power to this switch bypass it and see if the bulbs burn.
As far as the rest of your lights I would look into the signal switch itself.

 

Fixed, The fuse in the engine compartment had no power going into it. fixed it and all is well got everything back

 

I have the same problem, what fuse did you change?
