Brake dash lights on

Brake dash lights on
Hey guys. My check anti-lock and brake light came on. Also whatever it is under the football that has to do with brakes, vibrates like the dickens and quiets down a bit when I press the pedal. My brakes have been a little weird lately. Any ideas what it is? My fluid isn't low, I checked that and topped it off just in case. Thanx

The football is the reservoir for cooling system. What's vibrating is directly below that. It has a brake line and a hose that go into it. There are two wire harnesses that plug into as well.
