brake booster no idle
I have a 90 Cherokee when I bought it a couple months ago it needed to brake booster replaced which the person gave me a new one and since I've had it it starts and dies and won't idle untill warmed up and even then isles really bad well I finally replaced the booster and started it with the hose from the booster to manifold disconnected and it starts and idles but it idles around 1000-1100 but once I reconnect the hose or even plug the hose to the manifold with my finger it dies this is my first jeep so I need help

Congratulations on your XJ! The Renix is a lot of fun, or so I'm told.
Go into the Tech Writeups section and look for Cruiser's Mostly Renix Tips. A clogged CCV and dirty sticky Idle Air Control valve, part of the throttle body, will cause this. Refreshing these is discusse there. Plus a ton of other fixes! |

No Silver Bullet cure here.
Go to the Tips below and do # 11 next. It's gonna be a bit of a process, but worth it. |
