Just so you are aware:
Jeep used ONE wiring harness throughout all the trim levels.
So there CAN be several connectors that go nowhere.
EXAMPLE: My 94 is a "Sport" and did not come with an underhood light BUT the connector is there. Likewise with the interior "footwell" lights (kick-panel lights), My Sport didn't come with them but the wiring is there.
Makes it real nice when you go to the JY. See an option you like but yours didn't come with it...grab it.
P.S. Mine has an underhood light AND footwell lights...NOW

Haynes manuals are good, but when it comes to wiring, mine is missing some of the wiring diagrams. Found this out when i had a wire at the back of the steering column shorting out. Controled the wipers and other stuff. sure was glad for the internet to fix that one.
