Ok so i am wanting to fix this as best as i can and need help, how do i get to the other side or get where i can bend it out? anyways, here's some pictures. Thanks

You dont. Its part of the unibody and its pinch welded. Use a pair of pliars to straighten it out as best as possible then sand and primer. You could cut and fold it to make it look cleaner.
