bet it has great flex.. and whats up with the straps on the front and back! and the blocks?

The straps are holding the body to the frame.

For my lift kit, I did purchase OEM kit instead of aftermarket. I did a some research first and most of the guy I talked to is they prefer OEM. I think you just need to change your pinion and ring gears.
