Default Blowing IOD fuse and misfire

I realize they most likely aren't related but I keep blowing my IOD fuse only after I start the Jeep. '98 Cherokee sport 4.0. I did some reading on here and disconnected some lights and the door buzzer and the door buzzer seemed to take care of the problem for about 20 minutes then it started doing it again.

As for the misfire I'm pulling codes for cylinder 1 misfire and multiple cylinder misfire. I've done cap, rotor, coil, wires and plugs. I found that if I unplug the #1 injector it makes no difference in the skip, where as all the other injectors being unplugged makes it worse. So naturally I replaced the #1 injector, and tested the plug. Did not solve my problem and even with the new injector unplugging it still makes no difference. Anything else that can cause misfires before I do a compression test and decide to scrap it?

???

You are a looong way from needing to scrap that vehicle. You have some minor, solvable problems.

What year, what engine?

Completed a compression test. Cylinder 1 is dead. Jeep is by the road with a for sale sign now.
