my blinkers went out hazzards still work. they went out after my stock radio started smoking, not sure if it related or just a fluke. its a stock 1999 xj sport. it is not getting any power to the ignition terminal but is getting power from the battery which is why the hazards still work. if I jump power to the ignition terminal of the relay the signal indicators work. any ideas on where the ignition side of the relay is fed from and what could be causing this? thanks.

You checked the fuses under the hood and the inside fuse panel already?

checked the fuses under the hood, the fuse that allows for the dash lights was blown and i replaced it . but that did not affect the turn signals. I dont believe there is a actual fuse for just the ignition side of the blinkers that would affect anything else. wipers and hazards work. after i disconnected the radio when it was smoking I reconnected it and besides it not playing (it hasent actually worked in years) the clock and dimmer work fine. im considering putting in a 10 amp inline fuse and running power directly from to the ignition side from the battery constant. I just hate leaving a problem that could invite gremlins later.
