WOW! $100 for bulbs? Are they HID? Solid gold? Magical?? I might just run up to Dodge to see those things.. Probably a couple bucks just to look at 'em.

They have unicorns inside.

As to your blinker issue. Did you replace the multi-switch or just the flasher relay? The multi-switch will look something like this...

Your best approach would be to address this systematically. Start at the back and, using a multi-meter, check for voltage at the socket using the socket ground, then a chassis ground. Then check it at the harness which you should be able to get to through the hole where the lights go. Then check at the plug behind the kick panel on the driver's side. If you don't hear the relay clicking check to make sure it's getting voltage. When all that fails, start following wires.

If your hazards work, I believe you're looking at a new multi-switch since (AFAIK) they use the same relay.

That is the multi-switch that controls the operation of your turn indicators, it's located in the steering column. This is what the turn signal stalk activates to make your lights flash. The fact that you don't recognize it leads me to believe that you didn't replace it. If you don't find a fault in any of the other places I mentioned, you'll have to replace this which is neither easy nor inexpensive but it is something that fails from time to time.

The picture is looking straight down the steering column (taken from the driver's seat) with the steering wheel and steering lock plate removed.

I have the same problem dude! I changed the relay twice! Just to make sure it wasn't faulty and I changed the whole switch assembly. The ****ing thing was special ordered from Chrysler and 119 bucks and it still didn't fix it.. Was not happy.. None of the other fuses are blown and they all seem to have power. I haven't started testing at the lights yet but that's the next plan. My friend was telling me that if one of those little sockets are ****ed up that all of them won't work. So that's by next guess...
