Iv been helping my freind with his 1998 cherokee and the biggest problem has been the blinkers. The right blinkers are fine but when the left blinkers are turned on they are dim and so is the indicator on the dash. And when the hazard lights are turned on all the lights are dim. And after a few minutes a 15 amp fuse under the hood blows killing all of the blinkers and hazard lights. and we tried changing the blinker relay under dash and that didn't work.
