If it is possibly a police package, then it could have the optional Missile Guidance System (MGS) as well. It was an option from 92-96.

mine is a 96 country and i have it too. but no keyless anymore. before i put my sye and drive shaft on that peice vibrated resulting in me ripping it off the headliner....!
