Default Big leak issue

I took my jeep to my mechanic and I go to pick it up and I drive it to my house and then I come out in the morning and there are little dribbles of trans fluid and oil! I look under and I see that my transmission is a little lower then usual( note) I got a transmission drain and fill and filter change! Now the pan is leaking and it's hitting my exhaust also? Any takes on why all a sudden it started leaking and should my transmission look like this ??? The black spot on the pipe is where it's leaking! At the elbow
