Default big electrical issue?! can anyone help

I'm having a serious problem with the wiring in my 94 jeep cherokee. The turn signals, wipers, power windows, radio and ac blower motor aren't working. I've checked the fuses they're all good but they all quit working at the same time. Anyone else run into this problem? Can someone help point me in the right direction

I have a 95 w the Caravan airbag steering wheel/column and sometimes the wipers, radio and blower wont work, but if i press the key (whole ignition cyl basically) towards my feet....say, 5:00 if straight up toward the roof was 12:00....they work fine. try wiggling the key with the wipers or heat turned on and see if it kicks in. im fairly sure mine just needs a new ignition cylinder, but for now i just put all my keys on my key ring and the weight seems to pull it in the right direction, lol. but if i floor it, all those things die when the keys swing backwards!
