Tomorrow is the day i finally get to drive my "new" XJ, i'm loading up my car tomorrow, heading to new york(about 5 hours) and then heading back home(another 7) with the jeep. I'm pumped and will post pictures at some point on friday most likely

 

Congrats - I just promised a healthy payment of beer to my friend, who'll be driving me up to go do the same thing on Saturday.

Anyone in Northern New Jersey, near I80?

Because on my way back i was about 2 inches from being another car to add to the tally of 6 or 7 that piled up.. Three cars in front of me going everywhere people getting rear ended behind me.. my dad and i were in the middle and i made it out without a scratch... kind of lucky
Other than that the jeep is great, i get it inspected tomorrow and get the title transferred over, saturday i'll be in the woods taken pics with it.

 

Well i wont have the jeep back until monday now, apparently our "appointment" for friday didnt mean anything and the guy works on a first come first serve basis so now im looking at getting it monday. tuesday at the latest
