You build HP by focusing on what is holding it back. Not by Simply adding expensive racing parts. Stay focused on what is the limiting factor at the present. And your first step is to get her breathing !
Start with an Cold Air intake and K&N Air filter ! Then a Free flowing exhaust system and you will have a SeatOfYourPants difference...
Then you can start thinking about things like Camshafts, Head Porting, Performance Ignition etc..

FOCUS ON WHAT IS HOLDING IT BACK !!!

Camshaft and valve spring upgrades always make a difference.

Start out with the easy stuff and work your way up. Forced induction and engine swaps are time consuming, costly, and a major pain in the ***. Work with what you've got at first and then decide later if you want to get hard core about it.
What's a good header you recommend

not a big difference between a cold air intake and stock you're getting cold air from stock box
