Best way to clean your Junkyard injectors before install?

I am planning on getting my neon injectors(703) from the junkyard... so What is the best way to clean them before i install them... any advice on this?

there is a video on here, from youtube. One of the members did it.

Look for it, he spells it out pretty good.

if you can't find it, let me know and I will put up pics of what I did to clean mine.
