Default Best Stock Exhaust Manifold(and general upgrades)

Well, as the title says I'm curious which stock exhaust manifold is the best. I'm going to be replacing my head and intake soon so I can use the 99+ intake, but I'm not sure which junkyard manifold to get. hear's my list so far for those who don't know what the build parts are.
  • 91-95 head(best casting, fits 99+ Intake)
  • 91-95 throttle cable(for new throttle body)
  • 91-95 fuel rail(fit's 99+ intake, has fuel regulator on the rail)
  • 91-95 throttle body(fits 99+ intake, uses the same sensors as a renix)
  • 99-01 power steering pump(bolts to 99+ intake)
  • Ford #19 0280155710 Injectors(multi hole, 49psi, better all around)
  • Chrysler Fuel pressure regulator #4418850(keeps fuel rail at 49psi, fits 91-95 fuel rail)

This is what I'm upgrading so far, I have data on the injectors and pressure regulator if anybody needs it. I'm looking for the best manifold to be paired with the intake. but if anybody else has questions or suggestions then I'm willing to answer/listen.

TPS is adjustable on renix (different), not on HO. Will either need to adapt/modify or pick up hesco adapter.
I recommend strokedjeep.com bored TB, he also sells ADJUSTABLE FPR's which is better.
Banks is probably your best bet for header. And hope you do not have emissions where you are, as renix has EGR and there usually is a visual/functional test. The reason 91-99 manifold/header are not bolt-in to renix is due to the lack of egr bung.

I dont need the adjustable tps, just because the renix has it, doesnt mean it's needed. with that mind set i shouldnt try for a cold air intake. as long as the non adjustable tps plug in and reads right, then why would i need an adjustable one? i can also bore my own tb, i had intended to do that along with a port and pollished head. and my state does have emissions, and as long as you pass, it doesnt matter whats under the hood. if they did this visual check like you said, nobody would get away with engine swaps, and thats just silly. i went through emissions this last time with my egr disconnected since it was openning too early and choking out my system. the egr also does more damage than good, which is why it's not put in vehicles anymore. and the 99+ manifold doesnt bolt up to the renix head. has nothing to do with the bung. there'sz a write-up about an h.o block with a 99+ intake that was built for the renix computer system. he didnt include the egr either.

pardon my poor grammar and spelling i'm typing this from the browser on a non smart phone.

well that's a shame. If I remember correctly, they greatly increase carbon in exchange for a slight decrease of n2o(or whatever the nitrogen oxide formula is). I saw these changes first hand when I went through inspection. it was terrible. and like I said, egr was completely disconnected, even had the vacuum lines removed, and they didn't ask questions. I'm not sure what states would aside from California. also spending 250 on parts for something that dirties up your intake at wide open throttle seems like a terrible idea.
