Default Best Steering/Suspension REPLACEMENT Part "Bang-for-buck"?

2WD XJ '95 110k
Doesn't need anything desperately...but steering is kinda sloppy, just normal wear though.
(minor death-wobble at 60+ isn't big deal).

TOTALLY STOCK 2WD - and going to stay that way !

What's been your best (Stock) "bang for the buck" part changed ? (not just in $$, but also ease-of-labor)

Already planning on :
- Sway-Bay Bushings ($10-15)
- Steering Shock ($35)

Which additional would have greatest benefit : ?

- Tie-Rod ends
- Upper Ball-Joints
- Lower Ball-Joints
- Drag-link Sleeve
- Sway-Bar Links

(don't think I can do Control Arms: seems too difficult ? )

It should be. Its called Death wobble for a reason. This is Death wobble...

I dont see the trackbar on your list. Check the bolt at the axle end as the hole can wallow itself out and do bad things. Control arms are easy. Just do one at a time so the axle stays put. You will need a press to do the upper control arms bushings at the axle. Sloppy steering can be many things. Not only the parts you listed but also the steering box, the bracket between it and the frame, and the intermediate shaft. When it comes to the suspension/steering, all of it makes a difference, even the tires. Especially with death wobble.
