best scratch remover

what kind of scratch are we talking about? Anything more than a minor scuff will likely need touch up paint.
If you just want to blend the scratch I have had decent luck with turtle wax's scratch repair kit. It won't be perfect but from 10 feet you wouldn't notice.

More tree branches, maybe a little rock rash... it's a jeep, scars build charecter
The best way to get rid of minor scratches is a buffer and compound. Scratches the you can catch your fingernail in are too deep for a buffer or wax to get rid of. Those you can touch up or repaint.
