Best Engine Flush
What all has people used to flush the engine oil outta there 4.0's and clean the engine of build-up and gunk at the same time?
I've used kerosene before but that was for a quicky cause the 94 Grand Cherokee had clogged oil return holes and wasn't keepin oil pressure. Old man at a local shop said to use it so I did just to sell it real quick.
I've eard SeaFoam works well, just wanted to see what everyone else had used and the results

Just rolled 170K, bought it 14 months ago with 120K. Always serviced 2500-3000 miles. Just started the common 4.0 top end rattle lately.
Every once and a while I'll run some rotella 10-40 just for a few 100 miles, Some may say but why diesel motor oil, first its high in zinc and something else (forgot name), which both cling to engine parts like a magnet but also builds sludge too. I've always done this in my 4X4's. I even done in it my 2.0 SOHC Turbo Neon, never had sludge problems. If they trust this oil in million dollar equipment why not in my vehicle every once and a while. I just wanna get her cleaned and flushed out before winter rolls around.
