Best cleaner for engine

What's a good additive to clean out gunk in an engine !? Seafoam? Gum out ? Any others ???

As said use seafoam but dont go crazy with it, look up the proper way to not mess your junk up

Kreen is the best, but can be difficult to get ahold of. As far as common products, MMO.
