Anyone have real world experience with long arm upgrades and which company has the best all around upgrade kit? I already have 5 inches of lift and the stock control arms aren't cutting it. Ready for long arms now!

I was looking at the Treks radius arm upgrade kit or the rock krawler 3 link setup. They're pretty pricy though. Both have positives and negatives. I do want adjustability for sure though

What will give the best flex? 3 link or radius arm style? I like frankZ setup and the price but the cross member and links hang down lower than I like.

The crossmember is actually a little higher than a stock crossmember.

sittin at a 6.5 inch lift with IRO its pretty sick. flexy as hell and sturdy enough for 80 on the highway.. alot of people see a downside to a radius arm but for the money? the ****s solid dude. crossmember weighs atleast 20-25 pounds. and the arms are probably about the same.. so far i havent broken anything.. and with the 1" tcase drop you cant go wrong unless you have an sye. but standard crossmembers are 3/4 inch drop from auto. the setup is based on an auto. so the 1" drop option gives me a 1/4 inch drop.
iro is badass for the money.

How is the IRO long arm setup being that it's not adjustable? The price is awesome and I definitely want a 3 link over a radius arm style.

Staangs fab hands down. No comparison at all to any other companies. Life time warranty and the owner(Eric) runs them on his rig. Its my opinion that if the owner doesnt run it and wheel the **** out of it, I wouldnt buy it.

Eric's products are bar none, when I dont build my own stuff, Staangs is the only company I'd buy from.

How expensive are they? Kinda makes me worried when the company is too afraid to put their prices on the website.

the IRO long arm isnt a "true" 3 link..but it is pure beef and i love mine plus you dont lose any ground clearance. the arm lengths set the tire perfectly in the wheel wells. even at 8.5" my 35s sit perfectly center in the wheel well.

heres a side shot of mine for reference.

the price isn't listed as it changes when the metal prices drop.
they are on right now for 825 for a limited time.

and x2 on staang's fab. i have his long arms in my jeep too. they are the toughest set of arms i've seen out there, and are an easy install.

eric is a good guy, and will warranty anything he makes, if you can damage them. good luck trying.
