bent lower control arm mount..
I was jacking my jeep up when i was putting in my lift and with the factory lower control arm was out i acciedentally lifted it on the braket on the axel for the lower control arm. it bent on side of the bracket. I bent it some what back in place. enough to install the new arm. But is this going to effect the drive of my jeep? or make it so i cant get it alligned?

No . You should be fine . Check to make sure there are no cracks in the welds . Mine look like taco's from rubbing on the rocks all the time . If you are worried , get some HD control arm brackets from Rusty's or wherever you shop at .

Upgrade to a H.D. Mount and tube control arms through Rustys. OR Take them out of the mount, take a spacing measurement . Find a block to substitute the arm. heat it, beat it, weld it, then if you can still breath, weld some gussets to the sides of the mount. Try to find a gas style MIG, or preferably a TIG with someone who knows how to use it. A torch, and welder will keep this easier than you think. When welding, keep in mind they NEVER completed a weld!
