bought a 99 xj 2wd 134,000 miles non-running project for my 16 y.o. son...worked for a coupla months getting it in running condition....crank pos sensor, ignition, light front end damage, etc. all-in-all a good project for us to spend some quality time together....after replacing both sides upper and lower front ball joints finally got rid of the "clunk" when hit a bump....took it in for a four-wheel alignment....left side 2.8 degrees out of camber...too much to adjust...when we were replacing bent front bumper, bumper guards, etc I noticed the junk-yard writing on the parts, so at some point it took a minor hit on the left front side...so now my question:
do I need a complete front axle or can I replace the left side knuckle or sometrhing? hate to do the complete axle cuz we just did the ball joints and I sprung extra $ for Moog instead of cheapo units
....there is a good upullit Jy here so I can scrounge a few parts on the cheap...any suggestions?

yeah I was thinkin about just leaving it but the shop won't do an alignment (on any of the wheels) as it is...I want to get it right...my kids are in this car....if it was just me i'd leave it...
