Default Belt tensioner bolt stripped/ rounded off.

So I traded my 90, sold what I traded it for and I missed having it so I bought my old one back. (making a long story short)

When I got it back the idler pulley bearing was shot, it was making all sorts of racket. So today I went and got a new belt and pulley and got everything together. I went to loosen the bolts for the tensioner on the power steering pump and I can't for the life of me get the bottom nut loose. I'm going to cut the nut off and see if I can salvage the bolt or replace it with another one..

Anyone else ever had this issue?
Thanks!

Best thing I've learned from working on my Jeep is to spray every bolt with PB Blaster and go drink a beer. Your still gonna break bolts. Cut, drill, tap or through bolt.
